RILO KILEY’S Under the Blacklight is still, in my well-informed musical opinion, one of the greatest albums of last decade. I’ve just found myself listening to it after an odd order of events…
-> Searched YouTube for Miami Horror’s Moon Theory (wanted to see it done live).
-> Found a remix by Miami Horror of Tegan & Sara’s Walking With A Ghost.
-> Decided to listen to The Con.
-> Linked The Con with the brilliant year of indie music, 2007.
-> Recalled the 2007 release of Under the Blacklight.
Really is a sensational album. Go buy it.
