Merry Christmas in July!

My apologies for not making a blog entry for a while.

Well, I write this one from mum’s as I stay here for a few days. Doing so as Kira is annoying me and I am pondering what to do.
Am going to ask Edward (TUNE! Manager) to help me out with a couple of job applications.
There is one at NOW FM (Moree) as an announcer and at MAX FM (Taree) as an announcer and producer. I am qualified for both, just need to get applications done, then see how I go with them. If I’m not successful then I may have a new housemate lined up in town whom is trustworthy and I know will be a pleasure to live with. Just have to wait and see what his plans are.

In other news, Egypt has been bombed today, I send my condolences to the families of the 50 people. I also condemn the bombings and am sick of this corrupt world.

Next on the agenda, I’ve not much else to blog of, so on that note.

Diagnosis: Insomnia.

Argh, what terrible insomnia I am suffering. I have not slept since Thursday night. I cannot sleep. I try to sleep, I really do, but I fail.
It is terrible. Physically draining to top off my emotional downfall. Excellent.

Meanwhile, I write this at 7am following yet another sleepless night. I am about to head off to work. Will be another fantastic day…I am sure…
Am opening with Kate, sure to be fun.

In other news, will job search some more tomorrow. Am hoping to get a call from Pete (Retravision) and am suffering some serious anxiety on this subject, so will move on as my fingers, teeth and body shiver from the freezing cold that is an Armidale Sunday morning.

Simon is supposively writing a book entitled
Simon Polson: Full of Wit.
On the cover of the book it features the title “Simon Polson: Full of Shit,” however, Simon has creatively added an addition of a handwritten ‘crossing out of’ the ‘SH’ and replacement with a ‘W’. Clever.
I believe it is a collation of various witty insults of his.

This, in turn, has inspired me. I may write a book. Possibly another Ruby Tuesday guide, or maybe even something new! I’m thinking something along the lines of social events, political turmoil, etc. Maybe something inspired by title
Ruby Tuesday’s Guide to Australian Liberal Turmoil.
Yes, excellent. I shall begin writing later today!

In other news, I am using dial-up. Telstra are fuckwits, no more on this event.

And so it appears that Al-Qa’ida has struck again, confirmed by Scotland Yard to be the attackers of London earlier this month. And my question still remains, whether or not you take it as a joke, are we next? It’s not a laughing matter and for those of you who think I am making a mockery, get real: use your head: We are next and we aren’t prepared.

Today I went to Kmart following the attacks on its car accessories department. There I purchased new wardrobe additions. I have been told to fancy up my dress styles a tad, and so I have done so. My sister was kind enough to buy me some clothes, however, I shall pay her back.

Meanwhile, the project dubbed Centro Armidale is going ahead and Woolworths Ltd have confirmed proprietry-ism. Lucky for them, but Coles Myer need not worry, we are getting a refurbished Kmart, a brand new Target and a refurbished Bi-Lo, all across the road from the future Woolworths Ltd. site. Plus, of course, we’ve Coles down the road at three times the size of Bi-Lo and 5-6 times the size of the current Woolworths site.
I, personally, will welcome Big W to the town and believe it is about time Armidale saw these developments. With council opening up so much land to new estates, we are an ever-growing University town. With the redevelopment of Kmart Plaza (Which I believe will entail a new name upon completion) and development of Centro Armidale (project name only, it will encounter a new name upon opening), this town is on the rise!

Was an exhilirating night at work.
I get so bored when there’s nothing to do and I always feel terrible when I know I should be doing something! I enjoy closing with MC as he doesn’t really give a fuck. That’s good for me, do everything completely against the book and get away with it. It’s quick, it’s easy and nobody’s gonna know!

Sarah, Kaitlyn, Simon and myself have recently been taking part in up-late conversations via MSN Messenger. Last night we endulged in an excessively long game of truth or dare.
Here’s the summing up:
Simon wants to screw George Bush.
If Tony Blair were a man I’d do him.
If Kaitlyn were ten years older and Bob Geldof were ten years younger….
Sarah wants Mr. Jones, a protractor, and a metre long ruler.

This evening we got so bored that Simon and Kait left at 2am! Sarah and I stayed up for a little longer following their departure for a little hanky panky.

No word from Nadine following London attacks. However, I do not doubt that the family is alive and well.
I have since decided that we are next. If we are not attacked, we shall get hit with a tsunami.

I applied for a position at Retravision the other day. I really need to get it. I used to work for Pete, the manager, as a DJ and I’m hoping that due to that he knows how reliable and hard-working I am (just incase he reads this!). Dam! I would love to work iin a place like Retravision, consumer electronics are everything to me!
Speaking of which. My phone. It is shit. I am sick of it. Buy me a new one.
Sure it has everything, but I am so sick of it. It’s a 6230 and, to be honest, there’s not much I can upgrade to from it! I really would like to await the arrival of the N-series! I want an N90, that is completely me!!!
However, bound to be well over $1,000 when released. hmm, if I have a proper job by then, maybe I’ll get one on a plan – Here’s to another $2,000 bill.
